Salix matsudana—most commonly called Corkscrew Willow, and Twisted Willow—is best known for its spiraling branches and extremely fast growth. Growing as fast as two feet a year, you can practically watch it grow. 

In addition to its branches twisting and spiraling, its brightly colored leaves are twisted and spiraled, too. Leaves turn attractive shades of yellow in the fall.
