Midnight Masquerade Beardtongue Penstemon is a hybrid selection of beardtongue that has dark foliage and purple-pink flowers. The flowers are tubular and held in 12" long, terminal panicles on sturdy, upright, dark red flowering stalks above glossy, burgundy foliage. The bloom period lasts from late spring to mid-summer and the flowers are attractive to hummingbirds. Mature clumps will reach up to 3.25’ tall and spread to fill a 3’ area.
