The Molly’s Delicious Semi-Dwarf Apple is a crisp, sweet, and juicy apple with greenish-white flesh. The fruit is large to very large, conical in shape, and has a pinkish-red color with wide, bright-red stripes on the sun-exposed face. It is an early-ripening apple variety that is harvested in September and can be kept well for a few months. The tree is somewhat vigorous, fairly productive, and somewhat spreading. It can tend to bear biennially. It is known to have resistance to some diseases, so it has potential for organic growers. It's extended bloom time makes Molly's Delicious an excellent pollinator.
Rootstock: MM.111
Flowering group: 5*
*Flowering group indicates bloom period for cross-pollination. All the apple trees we carry will need cross pollination from another (different) apple tree. For best pollination, choose 2 or more trees that have the same Flowering group or an adjacent group. For example: Flowering group 3 tree can be pollinated by groups 2, 3 and 4
